Pre-K Counts

Pre-K Counts Enrollment Forms for the 2026-27 school year!

Kraybill Mennonite School has received a Pre-K Counts needs-based grant that benefits students who qualify and are selected for the grant. This grant provides full tuition, daily snacks and lunches. It is funded by the state as an initiative to have as many students as possible receive the opportunity to attend a quality Pre-K program.

  • Family income must be at or below 300% of poverty level (See chart below)

  • The student must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026

  • Student must attend the full-day program 5 days a week

Additional considerations include risk factors such as English Language Learner, incarcerated parent, homelessness, teen mother, etc.

Pre-K Counts Enrollment Form

If you meet the qualifications listed above, you are invited to submit a Pre-K Counts Enrollment Form, including your 2025 Federal Tax Return (pages 1 & 2), and your child's birth certificate. Application does not guarantee acceptance for Pre-K Counts since there are limited slots.​ Families who are not awarded a Pre-K Counts Grant are invited to apply for financial aid.

Complete a Kraybill New Student Application

The $100 registration fee will be refunded to your account if you are applying for the Pre-K Counts program.
